Solo developer · ERP consultant · Solopreneur
Based in Agadir, Morocco
I'm a solo developer who specialises in building customised internal business management systems — ERPs, dashboards, automation pipelines, and custom apps — for small and medium-sized businesses.
DevDiary.uk is where I document the journey: the agents I'm building, the architecture decisions I'm making, and the tools I ship. Everything here is written while building real things for real clients — not theoretical posts from a conference stage.
What I work with
My primary stack is Node.js/TypeScript, SQLite, Python, and vanilla HTML/JS. I run almost everything on Termux/Android with a Contabo VPS — a constraint that's shaped a lot of my architectural decisions (lightweight, portable, no native-dep nightmares).
On the AI side, I'm deep in the Claude Code / OpenCode / OpenClaw ecosystem — building agentic OS frameworks, multi-agent runtimes, and productised AI tools. My BAO Scaffold, Personal Claude OS, and clawd runtime all came from this work.
The consulting side
I work directly with SMB clients to build their internal systems from scratch using a 5-phase blueprint: Discovery → Audit → Design → Build → Delivery. My AI agent Arc automates much of the discovery and audit phases, so I can spend more time building the right thing.
The product side
Alongside client work I build and sell digital products on Gumroad — Claude Code configs, HTML dashboards, CRM tools, and agentic scaffolds. Everything is a one-time purchase, no subscription, and built on the same stack I use for client work.
